185 was my score on an "offical" IQ test back in elementary school... too bad it hasn't helped me get a decent job so far.

            [edit]
Oh, they need to add another section to IQ tests: an attitude test. (I'd probably FLUNK the IQ test if they did that though )

This is the type of test where a 90 year old nobel laureate who read and considered his answers would be deemed less intelligent than a 6 year old anecephalic who just answered true to everything as quickly as possible so he could get out to the playground and eat his boogers.

BTW, I beat you, Indiana! got a 242..

But still only an 88 spatial recognition..

The following sentence includes all six vowels, appearing in reverse alphabetical order: "Why run from fire ants?"

thop, if you are referring to W, I don't think it truly qualifies as an English vowel. In Welsh perhaps it is a vowel, but not really in English. Just like ä, ë, ö, and ü are German and many many others such as å are not English either.

                        A E I O U and sometimes Y are Vowels in the english language.

IQ tests are very synthetic "benchmarks". IIRC a real IQ test has a lot more questions.

Aren't there only five vowels in English? Also a person not very proficient in English would be seriously crippled in those tests. This was an issue with emigrants to US who were given English culture based test on arrival and were deemed stupid.

Y is not considered a vowel in the English language, though it is mistaken as one by many people.

Y is a Vowel sometimes in the english language... it's just that kids today aren't taught all that they could be unlike what us older folks know to be true.
