The Internet - where men are men, women are men, and teenage girls are FBI agents!
I'm the least you could do
If only life were as easy as you
I'm the least you could do, oh yeah
If only life were as easy as you
I would still get screwed
Not to defend my english skill (that, however I agree need to be improved) but I think that the main problem is the lack of mimic on the net, apart from the one provided from the smileys. That's not enough sometimes

...and he did warn us "Stupid and Bad Jokes" and it was we who couldn't resist...
Ha! ...love it!

It has got me out of a few spots in the past though - I was in a travel agent's in Latin America, speaking v. little spanish, and the tour operator was speaking v. little (i.e. none) english. He had a computer connected to the web on his desk, and so I pointed him at babelfish and off we went.
Quite a surreal expereince really. And whilst the quality of the translation was shocking, it got our meanings across. And actually, typing what we wanted to say out usually meant that we didn't need to translate - we each understood enough spanish/english to read, but not to hear.
He loved me for showing him the site. Didn't give me any reductions though
