ok there are ~10% foreigner in germany. even with the numbers you gave (1-2 for europeans, 4-6 for arabs) it will take hundreds of years for the foreigners (i'm not even talking about arabs) to rule germany.
but there is a fundemantal flaw in your idea. while it maybe true that arabs in arabian countries have 4-6 kids, they DONT in germany. maybe the first gerneration that comes here brings 5 kids. but those kids go to school in germany, they have german friends etc. etc. of course they still have a connection to their home culture (which is good), but eventually they will adapt to the german lifestyle (now dont tell me thats not true, i see it every day). that means 1-2 kids. and the next generation after them will be germans with a loose connection to their grandfathers culture, and the generation after them are just regular germans who (maybe) just don't look german.
