Usually 'threatening people' don't make much noise.
A person following you ina dark alley will walk silently and in a different way than someone casually walking there. Whistling or any casual/unnecesary thing you do shows you're not focused on the other person, ths not following him/her.

Someone who leaves messages wants recognition. Ultimate recognition means getting caught, or walking in somewhere and cooly saying "It was me." Someone who subconsciously wants attention and help...

I've had two fights in the last 18 years. One was with 2 thugs who had attacked an oap in a pub they refused to leave so I hit them. The other was my friends brother who has a problem with the world since his wive died years ago and has turned from a nice guy into a very nasty one.

And lets not forget the possibility that this killers use of the Tarot card may be him just trying to spoof the authorities into thinking that he's another Zodiac killer (California serial killer in the '60's) that is motivated by mysticism. He may instead have completely different motivations.

I say this because of his actions; as soon as the authorities told parents that their children should be safe in school his next victim was a student shot on school grounds.

This one is very smart and very diabolical.

...dunno, but the police and officials are pissed as hell that that message got leaked. Since the shooter wants publicity, by blocking it they force him to be bolder and hopefully make a mistake...

This kind of thing is where the media should use restraint in what they report; clearing such info with the authorities first so as not to f**k up the investigation.

This was commonly done in the past, but todays news vampires don't seem to care if their actions are detrimental to actually getting the SOB off the streets.
