no such intent on my part Zokes; only I was using "sod" from what Pit originally said. I really do not know what it means (I thought it may mean "nothing"), maybe Pit can translate for us?

Hehe, I don't think anybody should be offended by that. It's like the french language. Go to Quebec city and compare the way french is spoken to someone who is from France. BIG difference. It's the same with North Americans and Europeens.

Just to clarify, I never said Joel was not doing a fine job. Just lately he maybe overworked and could use a break. His recent remarks were untypical of what I have seen by him over the past.

The two are not incompatible. You can being doing a good job generally but still deserve a trip away.
