That was the day that Hpar showed up and started his crap with a few others over the previous few days gearing up on their usual crap. So after deleting a few threads and recieving some not so nice PM messages, about it, I kind of went off. I had meant to unstick that post that afternoon but forgot about it after being called in late that same day at work and being told I was being laid off.
Message is now unstuck and has fallen down the list. But if things start up again...

It's not something that came as a total shock. Every since our merger with AIG about two years ago there has been quite a few lay offs. Started with about 1500 employees right before the merger and are down to a little less than 1000 now. So we kind of knew it would be just a matter of time before it hit our department. As much as you don't want to admit it though you always think that maybe it will be the other guy. At least I don't have to get up anymore going in and wondering is today my day. I did get a fairly decent severence package and I can draw unemployment so I am not hurting at the moment and I'm not having to rush to find something right away, can't sit back for too long though. Figure I would take a couple of weeks though and try to get a few things done around the house that I have been putting off due to lack of time.
Thanks for the thoughts guys.
