Well, I don't know how to reply because my life is already an hell without the needing to demonstrate to other that I feel bad

(1 million dollar? All that money isn't worth a normal life, I can assure you. I think it's better to have 1 million dollar less and people not fleeing from you, instead to be rich and stay locked in your house...)

Did I miss something? Or are you claiming that YOU have paranormal abilities?

        Ehy, wait a mo'!!!

I can take that as an offense. There is a big difference between ESP and paranormal abilities.

Paranormal abilities requires the presence of spirits and so on.
An ESPer it's simply someone able to "hear" some kind of transmissions from other peoples.

And, yes, I'm an ESPer, or do you think I pop up thread just for fun?

            I'm with Grum here.

If ESP did exist, then someone would have taken the million. If fact, someone would have proved it for a whole lot less.

In fact, I am pretty damn sceptical about people preaching ESP and psychic abilities. There are simply too many dodgy people and orgainizations (eg Church of Scientology) dealing with ESP and no respectable proof of its existance.

I think everybody should be forced to pass Physics in high school. Maybe there would be fewer idots in the world. But I guess I am hoping for too much.

If someone REALLY had ESP, why would they make such powers public knowledge for a measley million bucks? I would just ESP the numbers for the next powerball lottery.

Ok so here's an interesting experiment that I heard about...

It delt with the question can a person move an object with out touching it?

In the experiment an object was held at the end of a string and attached to a moter that kept it swinging back and forth like the pendulom of a clock. The object was kept at a constant and monitored rythem.

Now various people were brought in and asked to stare at the object and attempt to make the object stop it's swinging motion.

The results were that the object didn't stop, but it did unaccountably slow down, by a fraction of it's previous speed.

So, I guee there might just be some truth to the statement.

An ESP experience we've all had...

On another thought, we've all experience that moment where you Mother walks up to you and asks the question she couldn't possibly know about...spooky...

                    Sethos:

Bingo. I'm not denying the existence of such phenomena. What I'm saying is that they tend to go away when needed, or when scientific evidence is being collected, or whatnot.

Which tends to mean that it's an overdeveloped sense of intuition... right? Well, anyway the jury is out. But the accepted forms of ESP, etc. aren't provable.

Lots of people sense things. I've "sensed" things. Doesn't mean it was really beaming in from another plane. Just means I'm perceptive... or does it?

Gurm, I know it's hard for you to understand my english, as you are used to the ipaultradupa marvellous orgasmic Tolkien's English. But, look at the labial:

                      E.S.P.

                      is

                      NOT

                      the

                      same

                      as

                      paranormal

                      abilities.

                      Ok?

I'm only going to be blunt because you were such an ass with your white space and poor tone.

                        Your
                        English
                        sucks.

Paranormal is anything "not scientifically explainable." Read the dictionary. Therefore, ESP falls under "paranormal."

And labial is an adjective. What's even better, is that it doesn't refer to human mouth organs at all, only female genitalia.

You're always so funny when you try to insult somebody else, because you always fall flat on your face.
