I hear the RSN chip was supposed to be make using a silicone die, but the technology didn't work out, explaining the missing chip on the production Parhelia boards.
Our Father, who 0wnz heaven, j00 r0ck!
May all 0ur base someday be belong to you!
Give us this day our warez, mp3z, and pr0n through a phat pipe.
And cut us some slack when we act like n00b lamerz,
just as we teach n00bz when they act lame on us.
For j00 0wn r00t on all our b0x3s 4ever and ever, 4m3n.
Does the P really need 256 mb of memory if its core limited , not mem limited at its present 128 mb. Maybe if they cant get the core a little higher to justify it they wont be in a big hurry now to get this thing out the door if it performs identical to its little brother.
Oh, and if they skip the 130nm process, then the Parhelia will stay hot and stuff...
all those people hoping for a second edition running a bit faster are gonna be sad?
might not be a good idea, but then again, if matrox has the money to wait for the next chip (and use that to blow the competition out of the water)...but still......

Captain Marvel - the 256MB version looks like it will be more orientated towards pro/workstations. As you say, the extra 128MB will likely have little impact on gaming performance.
