Canopus had 6MB Voodoo Graphics (V1) card with TV-out, but their V2's were 8MB and 12MB cards.
Obsidian (or actually Quantum3D. Obsidian was only card name.) had at least X-24 which was 2 12MB Voodoos on one board. Of course this was the ultimate card on SLI, because you had power of 4 Voodoo 2 cards and total of 48MB memory. I am not sure about the 16MB version... there has been rumours it about it but never had seen a such thing.
One of my friends has 16MB Voodoo 2 1000. Too bad that I have been not able to buy it.
