Chrono, where would you get the P750 if you were to get one. I too am in one of the dimensional realities of Toronto. Finding a Toronto dealer would be nice. Matrox cards are definately not commodity items that you find at your neighbourhood Future Shop. I've never owned a Matrox card before.

Actually lots of people carry Matrox cards in Toronto. Warning: ever get parts from future shop. Last time I checked a Radeon 8500LE 64MB costs like 300 dollarsI am pretty sure you can find a Matrox card anywhere in your local parts resaler. I brought my G550 at Pacific Mall in Markham at a store called Canada Computers. You can check out their web site here www.canadacomputers.com . You may as well pick up a free "Computer Paper" magazine at your local library. There are loads of advertisments for computer stores in different parts of Toronto, with an almost complete listing of what they sell. IMO its very easy to find graphics hardware in Toronto, considering the headquarter of Matrox is at Montreal and the headquarter of ATI is a block away from my home
Good luck. You will be amazed by Matrox's 2D!

Well, if any of those places that advertise in CPaper are as good as others, including CC, I might as well get it from a place close by - PC Village on West Beaver Creek. The exception to that is if some place can get it earlier, like when the cards first come out late May instead of having to wait few weeks more after the initial orders are filled.
I too can see the ATI building from where I live (South Park Rd). My next door neighbour in the condo building is an engineer in their TV/video division.

@RL. Not every store advertised in the CPaper is good. Some of them may seem really cheap, but their sales policy may suck a lot. i.e. refuse to warent your product when the product you brought is broken, even when its still in the warentee period. CC has a pretty good repetition. Buying from them maybe a little safer (but don't quote me on that. Anything can happen)
BTW... there are quite a number of computer stores on West Beaver Creek. However, IIRC 14th avenue has the most computer stores.
