Detroit simply dominated and swept the Avs.
And the Avs looked so good in round 1.
But they just didn't even show up for this series.
Most locals I have talked to want to blame Theodor for his goal tending, but looking at the stats and shots taken, it's obvious that the whole team was already on the golf course in their minds. Theo was always way over rated over here. He had 2 good months for us where he was in the middle of signing his 1st big contract. After that, he couldn't stop a beach ball.
