a company who ignores threats to staff ? that isnt very liberal
a company who harasses 'poorah white bauys' and forces them to be retrained (because of joking around' - but that is liberal)
a company who fires employees who happen to be 'poorah white bauys' even though they act in a COMPLETELY antisocial way

It's a difference in how we define liberal. In the liberal view point (from my neck of the woods) it is not really the fault of the person, but the fault of soceity, especially if they are of a minority group, and for that should not be held responsible for their own actions and be given another chance.

Of course in this case the liberals are calling for his head, which doesn't matter anyway since he is dead, and asking how could this had been allowed to happen, IMO because he was white and had made supposed racist remarks.

Call me a racist if you will, I have been called that enough times in my life just for the simple fact that I am white, but it would have been interesting to see how this would have played out if the guy had of been black instead of white.

On a personal note Redred to help clear things up for you I do empthize with the victims. Just playing a little devils advocate here. But then again for me it would not have matter if this guy had of been white or black. Either way the guy should have been let go the first time around and not have had the oportunity to do what he did.
