I've been to Hockenheim this weekend and now I've turned into a reddish lobster

(btw did anyone watch the race too, and saw how Montoya lapped almost everyone?)

Doesn't most of Europe want some rain. The BBC say it's one of the biggest droughts for years across the channel.

The temp today maxed out at 29.5C 85.1F should be warmer and more humid tomorrow. So we may reach the 90's for only the second time this century. The first time was 1990.

The tube was blimming horrid this morning and I'm not looking forward to going home. Actually it's preferable to stay late in the office and wait for it to thin out and cool down than to go home earlier which is saying something!

I can't believe I'm hearing complaints about 30 degree weather every day. I would give my left nut to experience 30 degree weather every day of the year. I mean it. Take away winter and I'll be a happy man.

We're British. Whatever the weather, we are happiest complaining about it

Try complaining about the heat up there once you have done my job.. you people in Europe and Canada just have no clue about heat.. try 60 days a year of 100+ degree (38c) weather with high humidity as well.. I suppose at least we have air conditioning. I can't understand how some of you can live without it.. I find anything over 75 degrees f too warm.

And in this kind of weather I was camping on monstrous, incandescent field...

And when I'll tell you that I wanted this (I guess so...) you'll think I'm mad. And...you'll be in some way right I gues

GNEP, I went down to Hyde Park to watch the flutag on Sunday. I got stuck at Hyde Park Corner as the station was overcrowded.... man it was hot. I am not looking forward to my first day at work tomorrow.... I have never met an NHS hospital that actually bothers to turn off the heating in the heat of summer

I drove from Leicester to Bedford, got a train to Kings Cross and then a tube to Hyde Park.... We walked around for about three hours before we realised that we were getting nowhere and prompty got the next train out of London.

Well that was my shortest trip to the capitol.

Well we don't have air conditioning so you got a warm office then you go out into a hot street then into a warm house. In you're driving you may stuck in a jam just to improve your blood preasure.

So you basically got to see a big screen of what was going on and not much more? Glad I didn't make it across...
