I have not seen the new this morning. Was this believed to be a random attack or premeditated in some way?

Be sure to go vote on sunday, don't let the violence take over. It may sound a bit dramatic but I can't find a better way to put it.

It is a sad day for Sweden and a sad day for the EU.
The life of a human being was brutally ended.
A politician can be replaced with another one, but a mother for two little boys never comes back. It is really sorrowful.
Damn Security Service, no body guards were there.
Yes, the life has to go on.
I’ll go to vote on Sunday and I didn’t change my mind about the EMU…

What makes it even more painfull is the fact that she was respected and loved by most swedes no matter which political opinion they have. This is a great loss indeed.
But the sad thing is that if a majority of the people vote an aye to the euro, it will always be questioned if that would be the case if she hadn't been murdered.
