I already lost about 20 lbs. A good bout of tonsilitis works wonders for weight loss I should probably lose about 20 more, but that'll take some time.
Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. Bastard coated bastards with bastard filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive, bubble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine. -- Dr. Perry Cox

Wouldn't hurt me either if I lost 10-15 lbs more.

            WoW Gurm.

THats one of the best and enlightning stories I have heard in a while.

Now to something funny: I have two friends that are unemployed. BOY do they need to take Your medicine!

            - Which leads me to this: If you can keep it up - have you considered teaching it?
Im serious on this. If you where living in Denmark, Ill hire you, just to awaken my two friends.. Whom I miss very much - at least the part of them that used to be active and optimistic.

            Best Wishes!

Duke: as I sort of insinuated before, this sort of thing can't really be taught - it has to come from within in my experience... and usually eventually it does.

Yeah, it really can't be taught. Everyone who tries to jump onto a fad diet or exercise trend... usually fails. The only way to get this way is to get to a point in your life where you're willing to do whatever it takes to turn around.

Some people never get there (judging by the number of morbidly obese people in the USA, MOST people never get there).

P.S. I'm still bummed out daily about not having a job, but I'll figure SOMETHING out, I'm sure. It's the "not being utterly depressed" thing that is really nice. It's easy to despair when you're poor and the world closes in, but I've managed to escape at least from the "depression so bad I couldn't get anything done".

I'm the least you could do
If only life were as easy as you
I'm the least you could do, oh yeah
If only life were as easy as you
                I would still get screwed
