imaginative names for ordering kit?

We've all done it, call a PC a 'interactive data handling device' to allow you to buy some non-standard kit without the purchasing department making a fuss.

What names have you / can you come up with?

How about 'Advanced carbon isomer inscriber'

Not that I would ever do this , but alternative (preferable medical sounding) names for general purpose IT spares could be quite useful at the moment - hard discs, keyboards, cases, PSUs etc.

PSU is easy, just call is a power unit.
Hard disc: medical data storage ?
if you need to buy many at once, call it redundable data storage
you could actually call any data storage device a "digital dossier"..
What I think you need is a 3 step thesaurus to invent stuff:

1st word:
medical, digital, redundant, visual, interactive,

2nd word:
data, information, storage, analysis, logic, Control, backup, record, reference, management, transmission, imaging, monitoring, quantifying,

3rd word:
dossier, apparatus, facility, unit, device, resource, interface, chassis, simulator, system,


I guess you can come up with more words...
