We've all done it, call a PC a 'interactive data handling device' to allow you to buy some non-standard kit without the purchasing department making a fuss.

How about 'Advanced carbon isomer inscriber'
Not that I would ever do this
, but alternative (preferable medical sounding) names for general purpose IT spares could be quite useful at the moment - hard discs, keyboards, cases, PSUs etc.
