Many people are screaming for a paper trail, while the administration say it's not needed and would save $$$. Why do they want it paperless other than the money saved you might ask... because the administration put a rule on the books preventing a recount on all paperless electronic voting. Not only that but there are serious security flaws in the system which could easily allow tampering... but the legislators think it's no big deal
We all might as well vote Jeb Bush in '08
