Looks like a nuke reactor, but I haven't been able to identify it. From the vegetation, I'd guess Kyushu or Shikoku, so Sendai, Genkai or Ikata????
Haven't you thought it ironic that the country which has suffered the most from nuclear effects is one of the most heavily nuke-powered with some 19 or 20 major power stations, some with a plurality of reactors?
As it's obviously not in the north of the archipelago, let's start at the south. The two "quite famous" names that come to mind are Okinawa and Iwo Jima????
I was just making a reference to Japan's WWII plans for U.S. invasion, since xortam said San Diego...the place is in fact in Japan, it's very well known for its natural beauty. So well known and appreciated, that it can be found on an important organization's list of such places...
