Alright.. here's the inconsistencies with Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru..

    1) They lived with C3PO for TEN YEARS before they meet Anakin in Episode 2. Then in Episode 4, Owen has no clue when he buys 3PO from the Jawas and the droid introduces himself as C3PO.

    2) Someone said something about Jedi aging faster after the emperor took over, which is why Obi-Wan ages from 35 to 75 in the 19 years between episode 3 and Episode 4. Well, Owen and Beru also age pretty fast. They look like they are mid to late 20s when they adopt Luke, and then they are about 60 in Episode 4. I guess we are supposed to attribute it to the harsh climate on Tattooine now?

    3) Why does Vader never come back to Tattooine? Why does Obi-Wan give Luke to people Anakin knows and let him keep the name "Skywalker," knowing that this might occur?

Good points. All could be explained, but you'd have to want to believe the explanations.

        LOL @ Sasq and scmosef

I got one. Why is it that only in Episode 3 do we see hotties with big boobies?

Well, if you run the 'Vader knows all" (different thread), you'll notice he has a hard time guessing "woman"...
About your sig: "Pain leads to suffering, suffering leads to anger, and anger leads to the dark side. -Master Yoda"
Are you sure about it? Because Master Yoda also said (episode 1): "Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering."

Also, who redesigned the stormtroopers' helmets? They started out looking a lot like Jango Fett's helmet, but even towards the end they are looking differently (more like in episode 4).

And: where do the guys in blue uniforms (Vader's helpers) come from? All of a sudden, there are so many of them.

Finally (for now): Death Star (as seen in the end of episode 3) is quite far in construction. How did they manage this? During the clone wars?

I don't remember a hottie with big boobies. The dark side of the force must have clouded my memory. Of whom do you speak?

I can't remember if I already pointed this out on this forum or not, I'm actively involved in discussions on a multitude of forums about this topic so excuse me if this is a repeat post.

When Yoda falls to the ground they say he can't be dead because they can't find a body. However, when yoda dies in a later episode his body fades away, so there is no logic in that statement.

Yoda fades away because in the years after ep.3 he learns how to join the force while keeping his consciousness (actually Qui-Gon Jinn teaches it to him in the time after ep3). Palpatine doesn't know about that and would assume that his body would be locatable.

Not quite. Palpatine says he can't be dead, and orders the troops to keep searching.

We then still see Yoda crawling through some vents, and being picked up by a retro-looking speeder (I don't think the guy driving is a Jedi, but he is a trusted friend, I only recall having seem him in these later stages). Yoda then says to him "Failed to destroy Darth Sidious have I. Go in hiding we must, until the time is right ".

This scene and dialogue make no sense if you assume Yoda to be killed in that battle.

                      • Nah I didn't mean that Yoda is dead, just that palpatines assumption was incorrect... however schmosef pretty much cleared that up

                        • VJ : The guy driving the speeder is a senator who finds out that things are going really wrong (he saw what happenend in the jedi temple) !!!
And Yoda then says that HE has to go in exile. Only later he says to Obi-one and this senator that they have to disapear.
