      Why you ask? Easiest example:
      Ally has a cat.

And now how I can say it:
      Ala ma kota.
      Ala kota ma.
      Ma Ala kota.
      Ma kota Ala.
      Kota Ala ma.
      Kota ma Ala.
And all of them are equally correct...and that's just easiest example; so machines tend to freak out when trying to translate something more complicated...

Don't any of these start to sound like Yoda?
        normal: Ally has a cat.
        yoda: A cat Ally has.

However it may be (? "Oat da meucht" ?), still I do not think that there are a lot of people that can translate my Ostends dialect well

If one would say all of them in the same intonation as the first one, then some of them, yes, slightly. But only then...

Oat da meucht = Als dat mag...

Ok, but you have to admit there weren't that many odd dialect words in the sentence...

Oh, and one more problem with the automatic translation: in the local dialect, that I use slightly, "no" means often "yes" (no, I'm not a woman)

English doesn't borrow from other languages. It follows them down dark alleys, knocks them over, and goes through their pockets for loose grammar.

It takes a thread like this to tell me how many fonts I'm missing.
