I just wanted to let people know that i put in a backorder for matroxusers.com.
I've told Sasq that I'll xfer it to him if I get the domain.
Whatever anyone does, don't outbid me for the domain; that would be a silly waste. When I placed the backorder it told me that I had to place a minimum bid of $60 but it didn't say if that was the minimum fee or if someone had already placed a slightly smaller bid.
If anyone's already backordered it for a lower bid, please let me or Sasq know, so I won't try to out bid you.

Schmo,
I was actually thinking of doing something similar myself, you beat me to it.
Hopefully you can pull this off 'cause it would be a bit sad to see the old URL disappear into obscurity (or worse)...

There were multiple people who placed reserves on matroxusers.com so it's gone to an auction.
I was the first one to place a reserve so initially I was going to get the domain unless someone raised their initial bid (all initial bids were $60).
For a day it looked like no one would raise their bid. Then someone named "itsme" bid higher and I had to raise my bid to $100 to get back on top.
Now someone named gm99a has raised his bid and after a short bidding war with someone named "ferlandhold" has come out on top with a bid of $180.
I'm not going to outbid him. I'd rather make another donation to the server fund.
I have to admit that I'm kind of annoyed with Ant. He's abandoned us when all he had to do was give control of the domain, then in his hands, to sasq.
The auction is still pending. There's about 40 minutes left, if anyone wants, they are welcome to try to bid for the domain. According to what I read on Snapnames.com, bids toward the end of the auction will extend the deadline.
