GM could take a lesson or two from the other manufacturers. The 2009 Camaro concept could use a little more design work. The Challenger concept, on the other hand, looks great!

The Lamborghini Muira Concept is very nice apart from the wheels which are hideous
The Pontiac Solstice is real nice too, unfortunately GM have dropped plans to make a right hand drive versionWhen you own your own business you only have to work half a day. You can do anything you want with the other twelve hours.

I really really like the Vanquish. And the closed Volvo. Then again, I like all new Volvos that look like they're Volvos (there's this one model that just looks a tad too soft, too generic). And I would have liked their YPC.

That 4-door Aston Martin is just beautifull...
I also like the new Volvo convertible (hardtop, very impressive the way it folds open/closes)
But such shows make me sad: for years we have seen gorgeous prototypes, but when the manufacturer says "we'll put it in production", it suddenly looks all plain...

The Challeneger is nice, but its an Near Copy of a 1970 Challenger and not to mention its a friggen pig weighing in at 4100 lbs! There isnt much they can do with it after its in production for a couple years. Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

4100 lbs is a LITTLE extreme, though. Wonder how much of that is engine?

According to my cousin, a Chrysler design engineer, Detroit concepts are most always heavier than production versions due to their prototype nature. Once the production guys get involved weight usually drops significantly.

I wouldnt hold my breath, I know the production Mustang Shelby GT500 weighs in at nearly 3700-3800 lbs. Since the Challenger concept is pretty spot on to what the production version is going to be (its based on the LX platform that the 300/Charger 4Dr is on), I dont seem them stripping out 400-500lb from the car.Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?
