Salt Lake City. We have our own refinery in Vernal Utah, go figure. They claim prices are higher because one of the refinery sites had a malfunction."I dream of a better world where chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned."

The main reason gas prices came down was because the major investment houses got out of the hedge funds, which were behind the speculation that drove oil prices up every time The Bearded One from Iran spewed at the mouth.
Now...this all could be reversed if OPEC, a criminal enterprise if ever there was one, reduces their quotas. Problem is they've had a very hard time enforcing those quotas for a long time.Dr. Mordrid
