Paris Hilton Leaked Jail Phone Call

This is a secretly recorded phone call that Paris Hilton made from jail to pal Britney Spears on 6/10/2007. Some of it is hard to make out because the audio sucks but you can hear her talking about her upcoming release party in Vegas.
warning: some of what they say is a little racy so it may not be work safe.

also, the audio is very faint for some reason, be sure to turn your speakers way up.

I've been fooled before and learned quick that anything that says the recorded volume is low and that you should turn your volume (way) up is likely not a good thing

Baca charged that Hilton received a more severe sentence than normal, which he said would have been either no time in jail or being directly placed in home confinement with electronic monitoring.
Is there any merit to this? If so, couldn't she have appealed the sentence?
I don't care about Mrs. Hilton but I would care about double standards in sentences so I am interested in this.
