I LOST 25lbs !!!!
My weight had been stable but a tad higher than I wanted, so I increased my exercise routine to emphasize more lower body (ex: squats with 120 lbs) and upped my reps everywhere else. Dr. was pleased but jealous as he's hit a wall the last 2-3 months in his attempts.
