    Option 3: there is going to be a pre-trial hearing solely on the SYG application issue, and at that hearing the standard for proof is quite low. The whole case could well be dismissed then

      The wound & blood did show on the video, but the contrast scale was insufficient to see it easily. Most sites posted a lowres version of the clip, 320 or 360 wide, but I dug up the hires source, exported an image sequence and single-stepped through them to find the ones where it showed best.

      OTOH; the latest photo I posted was taken at the scene by a witness with a still camera and the prosecution had it, but somehpw they failed to include it in the evidence discovery due the defense or put it in the affidavit. According to several analyists that borders on prosecutorial misconduct.

      The blood pattern from 1st photo to video likely differs a bit because the paramedics had cleaned it up for treatment (documented) and there had been a re-bleed, which is common with head wounds. Stopping them can be a b*tch.
