It wasn't easy. That is obviously a university area, and the streetlights say North America. Finding the actual site was hard, though.. I googled "university tower" and "college tower" as well as "church tower" and "roof pattern" with no luck. When I finally looked at "city hall tower" I found it.

Now I have to find a place we haven't been to yet! Hmm..
