SageTV Announces the Release of SageTV Media Server for Windows® Home Server
SageTV Media Server software now available for Microsoft Windows Home Server offering always on digital entertainment for TV, PC and Mac screens anywhere
Inglewood, CA (November 5, 2007) --- SageTV LLC, a leading developer of digital entertainment and Placeshifting solutions, today announced the release of SageTV Media Server for Microsoft Windows Home Server.
Everyone wants to enjoy all their favorite digital entertainment including live TV on any screen, anytime, anywhere. “Windows Home Server helps provide always available, protected digital media libraries†said Mike Machado, CEO of SageTV. “With SageTV Media Server on Windows Home Server we add the ability stream anything, including live TV (with optional tuner), from the Windows Home Server to any PC or Mac screen at home or anywhere over the internet with SageTV Placeshifter.†The SageTV Media Extender adds the ability to bring digital content from the Windows Home Server to the TV screen.
