      Looks like PCI transfers, but interesting to see that your 32MB scores is not that far off.

      Your V3 has 32MB onboard, doesn't it ?

      In that case I would have expected a bigger drop, since the memory has to be shared for screen buffers and textures.

      PS: In case you got bored, you could test 32MB again while using double buffering and see if that results in higher fps due to less frame buffer consumption.

          Wow ... how could it render 32MB that fast then ???

          I would have expected something like your 64MB score, since textures have to be squeezed through your PCI port.

          Strange ... but good for you, I guess ...

            I'd also like to see the fillrate-score, because by looking at this number you can easily see if the score is faked or not.
            I guess he must have done something like the FSB trick, because I don't think that scores much higher than 4000 are possible with the G400.
            But we named the *dog* Indiana...

              Ofcource my 4496 score is a fake one.
              I just used the FSB trick

              But here is a real one..NO FSB Trick in this one:



              The limit of my card is 4067 3DMarks and this without any extra fan.Any memory cooling will give me greater o/c.

              And Bacardi_breezer, dud my Max gives 3560 when it's not o/c!!!!!!

                              troubleshooting help here ?

                              And about G450 32DDR card, it is excellent
                              all-around card, picture quality is excellent and games ( 1024x768x16bit TOCA2, CFS2, codename47 etc. all run 45+ fps ) run smooth and look good.

                              Can't wait to overclock it....

                                D'oh ! ... I missed that one completely ...

                                So, your VSync is off, you run the same FSB as I do (112MHz) and the only obvious differences are the BIOS revision and the type of CPU (Cel-566 vs. P3-800E ?)

                                Do you probably have a few apps running in the background ?
                                Do you have your Zbuffer set to 32bit in Powerdesk ?
                                Any IRQ sharing ?
