Does anyone have a PU-734 or PU-1239 or something? What's with the weirdness here? Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

Didn't want to wade through the entire thing, but someone asked when your credit card would be charged if you pre-ordered. Sorry if this is a repeat, but ShopMatrox.com says this:
Your credit card will only be charged once we receive stock of the product and it is ready to be shipped.

Unless they screw up of course. And if they do that the problem then comes around on how they refund you. I may have missed this but do they say on their web site that they'll refund against the card.

i've ordered every matrox card i've owned from their store(..online), and they have never charged my card until they shipped the product.
as far as refunding goes...matrox didn't get to be the "oldest" and, IMHO the best graphics card maker in the business by ripping people off...i wouldn't worry about it.

Hmmm a local retailer here in the Netherlands is taking preorders for the bulk and retail version, with the following prices: €452 (bulk) and €480 (retail). (all including taxes)
Now i feel kinda screwed since they claim availability in the beginning of July! Whats up with that?

Just because you have the card already doesn't mean we can't be skeptical and whine I deserve to whine with the best of them. BTW, where's my cheese and while I'm at it, I want a new Oh No thread started in my honor!
