Seriously, I'm pretty annoyed that Matrox doesn't show any interest in clearing up these issues and reading all news from VigilAnt makes me think we users won't even have a chance to RMA our cards, because there seems to be no fixed revision of the chip available.

We, the undersigned, hereby declare that we feel very strongly about the apparant misdirections of Matrox Graphics. We would strongly encourage that Matrox fully acknowledge this issue, and explain what steps they are taking to resolve this.
The issues listed below are not what we expect from Matrox Graphics, its products and its support. In fact, we expect rather the opposite.
The issues all concern the Matrox Parhelia series. While offering plenty for the enthusiast community, for a professional 'quality' product it is severly lacking, in those "professional" and "quality" attributes, as well as lacking the full working set of features as promised.
