What do you guys think is the biggest threat to Matrox Graphics.

From reading about the IDF and the fact that intel is planning on implementing dual display in its integrated graphics in its upcoming chipsets. It will probably be quite robust. Which means that matrox may have a problem shifting G450/G550's for business use.

The high end may be completely dominated with ATI if their drivers have proven to be reliable and up to date.

Stock market fluctuations, as it is a private company they must have invested money in other stocks/shares. The main way they get money is by selling cards, can people invest in matrox in another way?

they "M" needs to expand their market. a $600. cnd card is not a stockable card for your computer store. most upgraders walk in and ask what you got. get a 64 meg card with 3 vga outs and price it so retailers can stock it would help, also win98 drivers.

sorry guys but if matrox won't reach out and grab some of the market, offering different levels of use and interest, surround gaming , tripple head, just ain't going to be a building block for the company. some one will fill the void and change the momentum started for matrox.
