hm, i've seen what happens when a connection to the data server just dies, but now i'm getting kicked a few seconds after trying to connect. i use the win-nt command line version and just before the dosbox shuts down it shows the message...
connect to shserver.ssl.berkeley.edu failed
The attempt to connect was forcefully rejected.
error code = 10061: No error
We are experiencing a major problem with our data base servers that is preventing users from connecting. Please bear with us as we try to solve this today. Details will follow in Technical News Reports.

Are you using the command version? I am only asking becouse i found that you have to close the program after you have uppladed your data and then oped the program again!?! I don't know why but it worked for me. (I have just upploaded and downloaded 4 units!)
Doh! That went right on past me. It didn't even occur to me that he thought I was in 800th place in the MURC group (especially when we don't have that many members yet - come on guys - recruit...)

To answer Guru, I use two cmd-line i386's under Win98 and the GUI... none of the above get data back. Might be because I'm in The Netherlands !!
In the edit: The cmd-line 1386's say I'm forcefully rejected from the server while the GUI tells me that something is wrong with the server, will try again ...

Hey Jorden,
Just a backlog from the overworked/overloaded servers. Give it time to settle down and all will be right again.
