@£$?!"#¤%& My DTLA has lost a Cluster due to my stupid litle brother!
The worst thing is that I contacted them again about another IBM drive later today and that one We can ship to somwhere in sweden and get a new one.
That guy said it was because mine was a OEM and the other one was not.
Seems like a BS to me as i did not give any serial number info for my drive.
It seems that If you live in sweden and has an IBM drive that you dident rip out of a IBM PC, you have to send it to God know's where and wait until "he with the horns" know when to get it back.
And crosshipping doesent seem to exist in sweden regardless of any company
The one and only thing that I can have replased that way is my monitor, and that was only because the company we bought them from desperatly wanted to get rid of them, although I cant understand why, as the 17' screen I have is the sharpest I have seen.

No, that sounds about right. If you friend bought a retail IBM drive they would give him better service. If you bought an OEM drive you should check with the store you got it from.
Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.
Yeah, I wouldn't do anything to really hurt a younger sibling.. if I had had any. Little sisters are definitely off limits though.. especially if they are really young.. like you are 16 and they are 6.. My mother was a youngest child and it made her kinda paranoid later on, so don't be too extreme, people.. those of you who have siblings don't realize how lucky you are. These people will be there your whole life, probably.. let em know you really love them.

Read it Again Wombat, I did not give them any info about how the drive came into my ownership, we did not discuss if it was retail or OEM.
The other drive was one that was ripped out of an IBM PC and in that case I literarly had the S/N & P/N and FRU numbers in front of me.
Every other company I have encountered has always differentialiased OEM products and Retail by telling you that "this is the way it's handled with oem and thats the way it's handled with retail" especialy in cases where you are unshure if the product is retail or oem.
About contacting the store where i bought it from; Technicaly I should then Become schizophrenic and talk to myself

I grew up with two older step brothers that went beyond your typical hazing. One day they involved one of their friends in it. It got out of hand, and I found myself being slapped and punched around pretty good. I was 8, they were between 14 and 16.
After their buddy turned around laughing, I picked up a 33" Louisville Slugger and planted it between his shoulder blades. Never seen anyone fall so fast, thought I killed him at first. Ran away for most of the day till my Dad found me at a park. After that, I got left alone.

I'm in the middle too - I have a brother 4 years older and one 4 years younger, and we've had some great fights. Especially between my and my younger brother - Stitches were even involved once.

And I who only stuck my head in to my brother's room and yelled that he either quit jumping in his bed or I would kick his behind...

you need to start waving some fists around... then he MIGHT listen
And if that doesn´t help.... well I think you have enough inspiration in here allready!
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."
