      Everybody's going crazy...

Everyone is going wild now... Even those who speak of the article critically seem to be at least little exited... Maybe some people have waited too long?

I did a search on the cebit page and found that the video division of matrox is present at the cebit

And another thing we say here in Holland, where smoke is, is fire.

So there may be coming up something very soon.

I just don't recall Matrox Graphics publicly announcing anything at a trade show these last couple of years.

One thing I have learned though from these last couple of years is that you can't expect anything from Matrox.

ok despite my pesimism (is that spelt right?) i am now real exited and think that something very special is on the horizon. i know nothing about any new card but from the vibes i'm getting around this place nvidia and ati better hold onto their hats as it sounds like this one could hit them for 6...
havin said that it will probably by a g600...
but on secod thoughts no way
                      go M

For me to even consider a card from Matrox, they have to announce it before the GFTI4200 is released. That gives them 4-8 weeks. I'm not saying that it has to be available, just its specs and a delivery date. If it has GF4 performance then all the better.

That is applyed to "Video products" only and not graphic. Leastways maybe we can expect RT3000 or something like that.

I heard a rumor that they have one little table in the Grapics Section right between Nvidia and ATI. Just large enough for a 22" LCD and a computer. And that it will just be looping framerate timed demo's all day (At very very high framerates... much higher than any of the cometitions). They only thing on the computer and monitor will be small "Powered by Matrox" Stickers.

If this is true, I can't wait!!!

Yet another opportunity to not get NVIDIA or ATI.

Plus Matrox Image Quality rules. They have decent drivers too.
Let us return to the moon, to stay!!!
