I realy doesn't like the SOON ™ to much.....
I remember the discution from last year, and the great disapointment when Matrox didn't announce at CeBIT 2001, and some months later we got the....G550
But.... Lets hope they do better this time!!! Counting down to GDC!!!!

Going by past experience with Matrox don't expect anything soon in terms of a product on the shelf. If anything is to happen soon it would be a technology announcement. That would be followed 2 or 3 months down the line with actual product announcements and pricings with shipping products to follow. I reckon IF things are actually moving and IF the technology is announced soon we could have products late Q2 if we are lucky, so you better get that $1000 saved up.
But then again they may fool us all, who knows...Comment

i just hope they realease a marvel/eTV version of that new card, if they release it, and i hope they do it right from the beginning, its still all but impossible to get the radeon aiw8500 over here
