Quite frankly, I am amazed that a boob can cause such contraversy. There a tons of extremely violent shows on TV all the time yet noone seems to care about that? I'd rather my son see a boob or two rather than being subjected to the constant violence that is splashed across the TV screen day and night.

As a matter of fact, I wish sex was more acceptable and violence was less acceptable in US society. Is it really so bad to look at a boob? Some of you are acting like WWIIII was started. This reminds me of the whole pot and alcohol debate. It's acceptable to drink but pot is illegal? I'd rather have a bunch of stoned drivers than drunk drivers on the street. People's priorities are so ****ed up.

I agree about the boob issue within the previously mentioned constraints, but am just as against stoned drivers as those who are drunk....bigtime.

1. I've seen a ton of stoned drivers in the ER as patients and a large percentage were the cause of serious accident involving others.

2. Latest figures here show a very large proportion of traffic deaths due to impared drivers are those who are stoned and not drunk. There are more drunks to be sure, but stoned drivers are just as dangerous.

Bottom line: impared driving is impared driving and it doesn't matter how you got that way. Here in Michigan you can be even charged with impared driving with an intoxicating medicine on board (cough syrup, pain killers etc.).

I'd hang 'em all by the balls & confiscate their cars. I'd also sell their cars give the proceeds to the injuried parties in case of an injury accident caused by their intoxication.

I agree that pot can impair your driving. I guess my point is, since society feels it HAS to make something legal, I wish it was pot over alochol. I grew up around pot smoking, myself included. I've both drank and smoked and then drove. I have also observed many of my friends in the exact same situation. I can say without a doubt that you can smoke and smoke and smoke pot until you can't smoke no more and still drive much, MUCH better than you ever could drinking just a little bit of alochol.
And just for the record, I do not drink and drive anymore and I regrest everytime I ever did it when I was younger. I also do not do any drugs anymore(haven't for 7+ years).

And just in case the picture isn't clear. This is a typical situation for many teens. Drive to friends house, pick up friends. Drive around and smoke pot for hours. Everyone can drive, there is never an accident(atleast out of the bazillion times I did it). This is just my own personal experience.

On this idiotic sex/violence thing.. we were doing a home theater presentation and using the beginning of a James Bond movie to show off the surround sound. There was a 10yo boy sitting there watching the super-mayhem where 007 blows up about 100 people and then up comes the opening title and song.. with some artsy nude woman dancing behind a colored screen.. the guy I was working with got all upset and turned it off for the benefit of the "innocent child." I just tore into him about how stupid that attitude was. Like Marlon Brando said once.. if you caress a breast, it's an R rating, but if you cut it off with a sword, it's PG.

It's like Doc was saying about trying to suit many attitudes.. If you Europeans think we Americans have strange attitudes about some things, you are as against multiculturalism as I am.
