Our second offer was $3,000 LOWER than our first offer
And they fixed it.
And they put in a 100A panel to replace the original 60A.
And the water heater.
And attic insulation.
And $600 allowance to have other things fixed.

Don't mess with us.

PS A few years later we had the service buried and upgraded to a few more circuits and a 200A entrance & panel.
