Well, a little deduction. The iffy shoreline may mean that it is not the sea. There is only one large body of water that I can think of an hour's flight from Namibia, in a fast plane, other than the Atlantic. That is Kariba. However, the vegetation looks queer for this region, although they have had droughts in Zimbabwe.
Warm, southern hemisphere, there's an ocean but not the Atlantic, not too (on the scale of the Earth, not your neighborhood) far from Namibia, Zimbabwe, etc. about the same latitude, and it's a cape we're looking for.
