Roughly translated as Holy Trinity Presbytery, St Petersburg, the bit in brackets defeating me, although it has something to do with Easter. My last Russian lesson was about 60 years ago (yes, I did a couple of years in school, in my early teens. My teacher was one of the Semeneoffs).
Well, my translation wasn't that bad, after all! I wonder why they call it a presbytery, rather than a church: does the word have a different meaning in Russian?
