          btw.. Kous Oumak is actualy a short hand for the actual phrase.... it goes more like "eyreh bi kous oumak" which the literla translation would be "my dick is in your mothers vegina" kind of like saying i ****ed your mother.....lol ... yeh .. you should here the more coulorfull swarings in lebanses arabic... some can be a paragraph long and way way more insulting than anything i have ever herd in anh language sofar.... lol

              Arabic curses widely used in Israel:
              Kus omak/Ochtak - Your mother/sister's vagina
              Ina'al abuk/dinak/Rabak - Cursed be your fathre / deity(?) / ?
              Achu Sharmuta (or just Sharmuta for a girl/woman) - Brother of a whore
