Sorry if I misled you, it is in Thailand (I put it in to show Lecter that obscure buildings can be difficult, even locally). I found it by Googling Bangkok and one other reference word. My apologies for cheating with something deliberately obscure!!! BTW, although I Googled with Bangkok as a key word, it is not in the city itself, but in a town several hundred km distant.
