OK, where is this famous railway station? (I've masked the name which was on the façade)

It looks very much like the Balkans...somewhere in former Yugoslavia?

        Not the Balkans.

It is not in Austria nor sexual in connotation but it does have something vaguely in common with the previous pic, which was my inspiration.

            Not in Germany.

Because that station could be considered as a calembouric gateway to another place, at least to English-speakers. (That should give it away, even if you have to rush for a good dictionary )

Hey! "Calembouric" is a singularity on Google!

"calembour" is in two of my English dictionaries as the root. It is also on Google about 35,000 times but mostly in French, Italian and Spanish but it is also used in English, albeit rarely and occasionally spelt with a g on the end. See http://forum.wordreference.com/archi...hp?t-2102.html

I purposely did not wish to make it TOO easy for you, hence a relatively exotic word.

Not Narnia (wherever that may be!); if I may be permitted to commit a calembour, that answer smells of lewisite.

No, it is in Europe. You may get a clue if you look to the left of this message.

Is this a town named after female genitalia?

No, it is entirely devoid of sexual connotations. Think of religion and my previous post. If that doesn't give it to you on a silver platter...

Is it some nazi-related station in Poland?

No, not in any Nazi-related place although the country was occupied by Germany during the 39/45 war.
