Euhm, Sopwith Camel had no wireframe graphics...

It had a side view of the plane.

Finally, someone else who remembers Jumpman.
But Jon, it was Mission Impossible not Impossible Mission. Didn't really like that one.

Some others I forgot, which was outrageous:
        Blue Max (C-64)
        One Must Fall 2097 (PC)

I remember Flashback! That was a fun game, too I liked Out of this World a bit batter, but very fun all the same.

Assualt! How could I have forgotten? The only game that ate more of my quarters than Assualt was ...

Street Fighter 2. Used to sit in the arcade for hours each day and play it. I was the master of E. Honda, which was awesome since no one else played him, so they didn't know how to defend against him

I still play this one on a Spectrum emulator on my XDA

Never realised the bloke that wrote that went on to do the X-Com games

OK, I've gotten it confused with something else. The one I was talking about had a cockpit view through the front of a biplane, with the propeller spinning in front of your view. It was wireframe. I can't remember the name of it, so I thought it was the Sopwith Camel someone mentioned here. But it might have been another name, like Red Baron or Blue Max. (Someone mentioned Blue Max on this thread, so I'll get another correction if that isn't the one I'm thinking of.)

Mcollector, if it's an arcade game, you're probably thinking of Red Baron.
