      • How can you compare two cards that you have never even seen specs for (at least one of)?
Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.

Haig hinted that the card would be out before UT 2003 comes out.

                        • I'm waiting for either the MMC (Matrox Mystery Card), or the GF4 4200... whichever comes first.

                          • You'll be disappointed with the 4200.

                            • MMC and 4200 don´t compete against each other. What is with 2x FSAA I want 4x or i don´t use it. There isn´t anything special enough with gf4-series that i really would want one. Well 4200 is rumoured to be cheap, and i guess matrox won´t be selling their next generation chip cheap, BUT as an owner of g400max and 8500le i don´t mind waiting for a chip with good drivers since my ATI has been teaching me about bad drivers. And when i upgrade it is going to be my r200 that is leaving, dualhead, picture quality and DVDmax are something that makes owning_a_matrox a joy.

If you're waiting for the card, then Ti4200 is likely to come first. It should be found on shop shelves at the end of April. If you want to say something good about it then it should have a pretty nice price/performance ratio.
MMC's chip can be announced before that, but I think we'll have to wait a while longer for the cards.
