Yes... but DO NOT use that stuff!!!
When your typical silicone sealant cures it gives off alot of acetic acid and will eat into the metals.. it's highly corrosive

Does it have the odor of your typical exterior grade/bathroom silicone caulking?

why use glus ay all just drill a few holes in your heatsink and use the origional pins to fix it on there far neater in my opinion.is a flower best picked in it's prime or greater withered away by time?
