In the map, Italy, there were a few chickens. You could shoot them for fun. No big deal, but it was a recognized item in Italy and a quick way to take out your aggressions

OK, let's hope this is true. HL2 may in fact have gone gold unofficially. It may in fact, go officially gold Monday. Keep fingers crossed
Ever since the release candidate for Half-Life 2 was submitted to VU Games in mid-September, a piñata has hung in the lobby of Valve's headquarters. The plan: to bust the sucker open when the game achieved gold status. Earlier today, GameSpot learned from an informed sourced that "the piñata has been broken" and the game has gone gold. Further evidence of the game's completion was a press release issued this afternoon touting the first review of "the entire game." Less then 20 hours away
Some people where able to buy it at Best Buy and other B&M stores over the weekend (broke the release date) and they can't play it since Vivlendi won't let them authenicate it though steam..which would mean people who have it DL already would be able to play it also...****ersWhy is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?Comment
