Is it "Pick on Technoid" week?

Every week is pick on chicken week...

But, it's all in good fun..

I hate not sleeping... I agree with Dogbert, empty your mind, picture a blank piece of paper. If you can do it, you will be asleep. If not, you will be REALLY bored.

But James_D does have a point too. The ideal thing would be to start putting everything onto a regular schedule attuned to the day/night cycle. This also means avoiding eating too close to bedtime in order to give the melatonin the best chance of working. It's kinda hard to sleep when your gut is dumping a carbo-load into your bloodstream.

I had a friend like that in college. He was only ever hungry around dinner time, and even then didn't eat enough. The skinny little guy worked around it, drinking weightlifter protein shakes for breakfast and lunch.

Yeah... if you are waiting until after you get home to eat dinner, i would suggest that you try to take a break during work to eat. i used to wait until 9pm to eat dinner (still do sometimes) and i found that a little bit after eating i would wake up again as food was being metabolized...
