    • The 1337 version comes with watercooling!!!

btw. Damien your core is a really old stepping... the newer ones all say <s>G800</s> G550 where the G800 is striked through with gold ink, burned into the core with a laser

no not exactly... on the top of the cooler is text "Prototype Cooler for" and maker is "Lockheed Ltd."

I can sure say this thing keeps one fancy noise. Also the recomendation not watching directly to cooler while booting is interesting, but I haven' t figured out why yet...

                • IcedEarth - It reads "F21G" not F216.

Damien - I was really thinking about the 1st picture to be real or not. But the second one you posted is most likely a fake. I am abolutely sure there will be no Fujitsu SDRAM on the next gen Matrox card unless it will be the G550.5. Additionally the package of the chip you present is a rather old TSOP-50 one. Even the 256MBit SDRAM Chips were packed into a TSOPII-54 package and DDR-SDRAM needs even more signal lines !

But indeed, I have to admit: the first shot was very well done.

Take heed of the warning. I made my cat look at it and now its blind in one eye and can't see in the other.
